Radio-friendly indie weirdos Cake have gotten a bad rap at some of their live shows for spouting off a little too much for their fans tastes, but regardless they will still faithfully attend their shows to hear those hits like "Going the Distance" and whatever else they had in store. I always think of these guys like a freak music kind of deal, like King Missile or something, but I'm not sure that's all that accurate.
