In his first show as the new director of MOCA, New York gallerist Jeffrey Deitch pulls out all the L.A. stops, offering a retrospective of artwork by actor and Hollywood icon Dennis Hopper.  The show, curated by Julian Schnabel, will feature paintings and photographs by Hopper, and has been fast-tracked after it was announced that the actor is suffering from advanced prostate cancer.  Let's hope he's around for the opening.
